Customer Service Position – Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service professional with a strong customer focus and a business-oriented mindset to join a dynamic and expanding company with international activity
This role will act as a key link between customers, the sales team, logistics, and administration, ensuring an efficient and high-quality customer experience
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end order management process, order follow-up, incident resolution, and daily customer contact
Key Responsibilities:
• Management and follow-up of customer orders (domestic and international)
• Daily customer support via email and phone, handling inquiries and resolving issues proactively
• Coordination with Sales, Logistics, Production, and Finance departments
• Monitoring delivery schedules, documentation, and agreed commercial terms
• Updating customer and order information in ERP/CRM systems and providing administrative support to the sales team
Horari
De dilluns a dijous, de 8:00 a 13:30 i de 15:00 a 18:00; els divendres, de 8:00 a 14:00h
Contracte
- Jornada laboral: Jornada partida
- Tipus de contracte: Indefinit: ordinari
- Sou: 30.000 euros bruts anuals
Formació
FP2 / CF Grau Superior
Altres dades
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Commercial Back Office roles
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
• Good level of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
